This experience inspired me to create Eat Train Thrive, where my aim is to help others get started on their fitness journeys using an evidence-based scientific approach. I hold a Diploma in Nutrition & Fitness and a Certification in Exercise Science from INFS, equipping me with the knowledge to guide you effectively.
